Due to the handmade and artisanal nature of our work, returns, and exchanges are generally not possible unless an item is damaged or defective. We kindly ask that you carefully review product descriptions, dimensions, and shipping policies before finalizing your purchase to ensure that it meets your expectations. If a piece sustains damage during transport or due to a product defect, we will gladly facilitate an exchange at no additional cost to you. Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email to confirm the receipt of your item. Subsequently, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, the credit will be processed, and it will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specific timeframe. Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning an item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event of a refund, the return shipping expenses will be deducted from the total refund amount. Please be aware that the delivery time for your exchanged product may vary depending on your location.

HOMELAND BY SHEEBA offers a 30-day exchange period for all non-custom Fiber Art pieces. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and if you wish to exchange your wall hanging within 30 days of purchase, we are here to assist you. During the 30-day exchange period, you have the opportunity to exchange your non-custom Fiber Art piece for another similarly priced item available in our shop. Please note that this exchange policy applies exclusively to non-custom Fiber Art orders. If you would like to initiate an exchange within the 30-day timeframe, please contact our customer service team for guidance. We are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction and will help you navigate the exchange process to find a suitable replacement that meets your needs.
