SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
RETURNS
All sales are final.
Please note that due to the handmade and artisanal nature of our work, we do not accept returns/cancellations or exchanges on Custom Orders unless there is damage or an error with your order. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us directly as soon as possible.
We kindly ask that you carefully review product descriptions, dimensions, and shipping policies before finalising your purchase to ensure that it meets your expectations.
SHIPPING
Each piece is carefully crafted and made to order, with an estimated completion time of 3-4 weeks. All orders are shipped from our studio and are all fulfilled by DHL or FedEx, a tracking number is provided with the shipping confirmation email. Orders typically arrive within 4/6 business days from the date when the order is shipped.
Please be aware that a signature is required upon delivery. There will be three separate delivery attempts in the event of a missed delivery. If you cannot sign for the package, your Fibre Art piece will be held at the nearest delivery location. It is the buyer's responsibility to claim the artwork at the designated location before it is returned to the shipper. If you'd like to hold your package at the nearest service point, please contact the location and provide the tracking number.
DUTIES AND TAXES
International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties, which may be applied by customs at the destination country and any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. HOMELAND BY SHEEBA has no control over this and cannot be held as responsible for any of these fees or taxes, and is not responsible for any actions taken by customs on your package during delivery.
If the recipient refuses to pay taxes and duties or refuses delivery for any other reason, the item(s) will be returned to our studio and the order will be refunded only after the item is returned. Refunds exclude return shipping, original shipping fees, and a £50 handling and restocking fee, which will be deducted from the order total. This policy does not apply to Custom Orders that are nonrefundable.
