Shipping Policy

At HOMELAND BY SHEEBA, we are pleased to offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all non-custom Fiber Art orders. Each piece is carefully crafted and made to order, with an estimated completion time of 2-3 weeks. We provide Free Worldwide Shipping with tracking on all non-custom Fiber Artworks.

Please allow 7-9 business days for delivery once your Fiber Art is packed and shipped. Upon shipment, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking information. Please be aware that a signature is required upon delivery. Depending on your location, additional customs fees or duty taxes may apply. Kindly note that HOMELAND BY SHEEBA is not liable for any additional fees or taxes incurred.

There will be three separate delivery attempts in the event of a missed delivery. If you cannot sign for the package, your Fiber Art piece will be held at the nearest delivery location. It is the buyer's responsibility to claim the artwork at the designated location before it is returned to the shipper. If you'd like to hold your package at the nearest service point, please contact the location and provide the tracking number.
