If you’re looking for an existing piece from my catalogue, want to customize the colors, dimensions, or design of an existing piece, or would prefer a completely new piece tailored to your interior, I’m happy to create an original design for you.



H O W  I T  W O R K S:

 

STEP 1: 

After you've filled in the questionnaire below, I'll do my best to get back to you within 24 hours, to discuss your interest 

STEP 2: 

We’ll discuss your design preferences and requirements for the art piece. You will receive a quote and lead time
STEP 3: 

After you’ve given the go-ahead on the design and purchase, I’ll begin production on your piece. For existing catalogue pieces, we’ll move directly to production based on the approved details. For custom commissions or changes to design, size, or color, I will provide a digital rendering for your approval (within 1–2 weeks). Once you approve the rendering, production will commence according to the timeline stated in the email.
STEP 4: 

When your fibre artwork is completed, you’ll receive photos for final approval before shipment. Once you’re 100% happy with your piece, your order will be shipped.


NOTE: 
  • Please note that exchange, returns and cancelations on custom pieces are not accepted
  • Approximate lead time for a custom commission is 4-5 weeks to ensure highest quality and attention to detail
