Do you ship overseas?

How long will it take to get my order?

Each piece is carefully crafted and made to order, with an estimated completion time of 3-4 weeks. Custom orders can take anywhere from 5-7 weeks. All orders are shipped from our studio and are all fulfilled by DHL or FedEx, a tracking number is provided with the shipping confirmation email. Orders typically arrive within 4/6 business days from the date when the order is shipped.

Do you offer tracking?

We provide Worldwide Shipping with tracking on all non-custom Fiber Artworks. Upon shipment, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking information.

What care and maintenance is required for the product?

Avoid washing the woven fiber art wall hanging. Instead, gently dust it off periodically using a clean, dry cloth to maintain its appearance.Refrain from putting any weight on the piece as the structure, incorporating wire mesh, may not be designed to support additional pressure.Keep the wall art away from direct sunlight or excessive moisture to prevent damage to the materials.

What Mounting/Hardware Instructions do you have for the customers?

Each item comes wooden framed with mounting hardware. For residential installations, standard hanging hardware is provided for ease of use. For commercial, hospitality, and public spaces, we supply security hardware to ensure safe and secure mounting. Detailed installation instructions are included with every order

Do you accept Refund/Return/Cancellation?

All sales are final.

Please note that due to the handmade and artisanal nature of our work, we do not accept returns/cancellations or exchanges on Custom Orders unless there is damage or an error with your order. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us directly as soon as possible
